The location here is fantastic and convenient, just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and we had a pleasant dining experience at a nearby traditional restaurant during our one-night stay.

Modern clean tidy easy to access hotel with secure (fenced in parking). Manager and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast way better than buffet expected with hot tortilla and excellent coffee. On an industrial estate but not a problem, shops, cinema and restaurants including Chinese within easy reach and great quality Highly recommended

The room was airy and comfortable, modern with a shower and a hairdryer in the private bathroom. the location of the property was excellent and ideal, close to the desert. It was also really close to grocery shops and a restaurant serving before 2100 hrs.

We chose this hotel to see the intriguing monuments in the Bardenas Reales Natural Park nearby. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly (the manager even guided us in by phone when I called to say our GPS had taken us to the wrong destination). We had dinner at WOK (next door) and found their buffet to be fresh and exceptional value with a cook to order section presenting raw meats, vegetables and seafood.

A very contemporary hotel, nicely furnished, wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Although the hotel doesn`t offer dinner, it is next door to a Chinese wok, also other restaurants within walking distance, mostly fast food establishments. Also eroski for cheap petrol, and a Lidl and Aldi on the same place. Other hotel guests brought in food from these shops presumably for their dinner. Very popular with Spanish representatives overnighting. Having said all that the hotel is very quiet, with also secure free parking.

I had a great time here, the service from staff was top-notch and the location was handy for the Santander or Bilbao ferry port. Rewritten: I had a wonderful stay with fantastic service from all the staff, and the location was convenient for reaching the Santander or Bilbao ferry ports.

Comfortable and bright hotel in a great location within an industrial and shopping zone. Good service from the helpful and friendly staff. - Conveniently located close to a retail park, the city center, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, and affordable petrol. - Overall, a really nice experience at the hotel!

The small business hotel is up to a normal standard. Room are quite spacious in its category and the room facility are quite good. We also love the shower. The town is in the middle of Rioja and Zaragoza so may be nice as a stop in between. Staff are quite nice too.

We saw a rat walked out from the kitchen when we were having breakfast!

The twin room included freshly squeezed orange juice and had an incredibly comfortable bed.

As a family of five we stayed in 2 adjacent rooms. Rooms were clean, bright & spacious. Hotel is out of town centre but still with choice of neighbouring restaurants and easy access to the Bardenas Reales (a must- see). Breakfast very good and contributes to overall good value. Staff were very helpful, even managing to send home to uk an item we had mistakenly left - what service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful but they spoke little english so could be a problem if you spoke no spanish at all. The bedroom was spotless as was the reception areas

Only issue was the hotel was too far out from the city and there were no buses to take you into town, Driving was the only option. The impression that the website gives is that you can walk, It would take 30 to 60 minuets depending on fitness

The place was impeccably clean and we enjoyed our twin/double room, it was in a great location close to three motorways.
